Alright,
This problem started last winter when my laptop(details below)started to throw me blue screens.

Mostly somethinga about memory parity error and that computer has been shut down to prevent damage to it.

Also there have been some longer error writings on blue screen pointing to new hardware O_o .Suggesting to remove it.

Also to disable BIOS memory options such as caching and shadowing.Got to admit i have no idea what those things mean.

Now as these blue screens were coming like 20 times a day even when playing jka or just surfing around the net.

Also i sense that my cpu and graphic card goes very hot.Used that Speccy program what celkath suggested at the good tools thread.and found out that graphic card usually stays at 80 degrees but cpu goes to 90 also graphic card sometimes.

So suggestions are welcomed here. *oi* and i beg for help :cry

Well given you started getting the memory parity error I would start with the memory. Try reseating the memory card(s). There should be one accessible from the bottom of the laptop under a cover. With luck it will be the only one as the second one is probably under the keyboard and requires a little dis-assembly. If the system came with 2 gigs, Dell usually fills both with 1 gig sticks.

While you are doing this, use some compressed air blowing out as best you can through the various holes - especially the cooling port. If you feel adventurous you could remove the keyboard for better access and blow it out better - which you may have to do to get to that other memory stick anyway. It is not real hard, just be careful.

Also, make sure the cooling fan is running after the system warms up. It should come on and go off periodically.

If the parity errors persist then you could try swapping the memory.

If it still gives the parity error chances are the processor is overheating and the error is actually coming from the on-chip memory (known as cache) and the only thing to do then is replace it.
