The (JAWA) Awards are yearly feature which was introduced by SiLink in 2007. The idea behind the awards is for fun and to acknowledge what the winners have done for the clan. The entire system is meant to be friendly so it's fair and doesn't make it a competition. Every year around November/December, SiLink gives every clan member a form to fill out which explains what each category is for. So the voting process is confidential, members are asked to PM their nominations to SiLink who counts the votes and reveals the winners just before the new year.
